Pairing well with a range of fruits and flavours, a shot of red espresso® adds a revitalising zing to any breakfast, lunch or after-workout drink.
- Prepare red espresso® Rooibos capsule.
In a blender, blend:
- 1 (frozen) banana
- Handful of (frozen) mixed berries
- Plain yoghurt
- A healthy squeeze of honey
- A double shot (60ml/2oz.) of red espresso®
TIP: Add some fresh fruit on top. Ideal drink to start your day, or after a good workout.
