Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt, or more to taste
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Importers St Tropez Nespresso compatibile coffee capsules 40ml each
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Brew 2 Importers St Tropez Nespresso compatibile coffee capsules into container.
- Add coffee, milk and egg to a bowl.
- Add flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together in a seperate large bowl.
- Make a well in the center of the dry mixture and add milk, coffee and egg; mix until smooth.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
- Pour or scoop batter into the pan and then cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Flip and cook until browned on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Place on a plate, add syrup or desired toppings and enjoy.
