Where we deliver 

  • We deliver to all physical addresses within South Africa.
  • We do not deliver to post boxes or internationally.
  • We also offer collections from Montague Gardens, Cape Town. View contact us for map location. 

Delivery charges

  • Free delivery applies to orders to all Main Centres over R700.00 (refer to list below).
  • A flatrate fee of R99.00 will be charged for orders to all Main Centres with a total of less than R700.00.
  • Please note that delivery to areas outside of main centres, and some remote areas might result in additional fees.
  • These additional fees might in some instances be communicated with you after your order has already been completed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Main Centres:

  • Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Klerksdorp, Witbank, Rustenburg, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Bloemfontein, Pietermaritzburg, East London, Port Elizabeth, Stellenbosch, Paarl, George.

How to check your delivery cost:

  • Go to Checkout, type in your address and street code number.
  • Our system automatically stipulates the delivery fee depending on the amount of your order. In rare cases, additional fees might be communicated after completion of your order.
  • If you are redeeming a voucher on your order which takes the total amount of your order below R700, the flatrate fee of R99.00 will be applied to your order.
  • In rare cases, our customer service team might contact you to communicate additional delivery fees after your order has been placed.
  • If you are based in the Cape Town area, you can also select our Collect Option at Checkout to avoid any delivery fee.

Delivery times

  • Our Courier Partner offers a Monday to Friday (09h00 – 17h00) delivery service.
  • No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
  • Delivery to Main Centres usually occurs within 3 business days from dispatch of order.
  • All other deliveries should take place within 5 to 7 business days from dispatch of order.
  • We cannot guarantee any specific delivery date and time. If the Courier company is unable to effect delivery over three attempts, the parcel will be returned to sender and delivery will be re-routed at client´s expense.

Dispatch of orders

  • Coffee capsules direct strives to fulfill orders as soon as possible.
  • No dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
  • Once order is placed, and paid for, it can take approximately 2-3 business days until it is dispatched for delivery.
  • For manually requested payments by electronic funds transfer (EFT), dispatch only occurs when money has cleared in our account.

Collections

  • Collect your order at our offices in Cape Town, Montague Gardens. View contact us for map location.
  • Collections are available from Monday to Thursday (07h30 – 17h00) and Friday (07h30 – 15h30). No collections on weekends or public holidays.

Returns and Exchanges

  • You may return purchased goods to Coffee capsules direct within ten days of receipt.
  • The goods must be returned with all packaging and documentation and be undamaged in any way.
  • A written reason for the cancellation must accompany the returned goods.
  • Please send returned goods via normal postal service with the SA Post Office to Coffee capsules direct, P.O. Box 37145, Chempet Montague Gardens, Cape Town 7442.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Coffee capsules direct that goods are being returned, and a copy of the proof of return (image) stating the tracking number has to be sent to one of our email accounts.
  • The goods remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received and signed for by Coffee capsules direct.
  • If an unwanted product is returned and exchanged for a different product, the customer will be charged or refunded any price difference, and the customer will be charged for return shipping.

Compatibility Returns

  • Coffee capsules direct stocks and sells multiple capsule systems, but is not involved in manufacturing the items.
  • If you are not satisfied with the compatibility of the capsule in your specific machine, please contact us immediately to arrange a refund.
  • You may return purchased goods to Coffee capsules direct within ten days of receipt.
  • The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were dispatched, complete with all packaging and in a re-saleable state. Only orders with less than 5% usage will be fully refunded. All returns with over 5% usage will be refunded at a pro-rata rate.
  • The compatibility is clearly stated under the information of the actual product, however 100% compatibility cannot be guaranteed, please read further information here under Machine Compatibility.

Return Policy for Purchases via Third-Party Platforms

  • Should you have purchased one of our products from a Third-Party Platform such as Takealot or Makro, please refer to our return policy for purchases made via Third-Party Selling Platforms, see here.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued upon inspection of the returned goods.
  • Coffee capsules direct reserves the right to deduct any direct costs associated with the order such as delivery costs from the final refund amount.
  • Only goods in a re-saleable state apply for refunds.
