  • Returns from purchases on third-party selling platforms can only be queried with Coffee Capsules Direct if the customer has proof that the third-party selling platform did not accept their return request.
  • Coffee Capsules Direct reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the stated conditions or do not provide the necessary documentation and information.
  • In general, any returned products must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused.
  • The return request must be made within a reasonable time frame from the date of purchase, as specified on our website.
  • Please note that this policy is specific to returns from third-party selling platforms. For returns related to purchases made directly on Coffee Capsules Directs online store, a separate policy is in place.

Return process for third-party selling platform purchases:

If a customer purchased one of our products from Takealot or Makro, where Coffee Capsules Direct is the official seller mentioned on the platform, the customer is asked to log the return first and foremost with the respective selling platform. Both Takealot and Makro have their own return policies that need to be followed first.

Should the customer be able to provide valid proof that the third-party seller platform did not accept the return, the customer can contact our customer support team through the appropriate channels, as indicated on our website. They will guide you through the process and provide you with any additional instructions or requirements and assist where possible at the discretion of Coffee capsules Direct.

Proof of Order and Invoice:

To initiate a return conversation, the customer must provide us with proof of the order and the invoice received from the third-party selling platform. This ensures that we can verify the purchase and proceed with the return process.

Images of the Returned Stock and Reason for Return:

Along with proof of order and invoice, we require clear and detailed images of the stock the customer wishes to return. These images will help us assess the condition of the product and expedite the return process. Additionally, please provide a reason for the return, which will assist us in understanding and addressing any potential issues. Any stock that the customer would like to return must be returned to our premises at the customers’ expense.

Faulty Product:

If the returned product is deemed faulty after our review, we will determine the appropriate refund or replacement options. We may offer a refund for the purchase value or provide a replacement product, dependant on the specific circumstances. Our decision will be based on the information provided and the condition of the product, as depicted in the images and after the products have been reviewed on the premises. Coffee Capsules Direct is not liable to attend to this in any specific time frame but will strive to deal with the matter as soon as possible.

Incorrect Product Purchased:

The customer is responsible for returning the incorrectly purchased product to our premises at their own expense. Once we receive the returned product and assess its condition and deem the return as valid, we will provide the customer with a voucher at our discretion. The voucher will have a value equivalent to the purchase price, which can be used to make a future purchase on Coffee Capsules Directs online store.
