You are welcome to contact us anytime to find out if we stock pods that fit your machine. Simply send us an image of your machine, and an image of the capsules that you are currently using via Email. Please note that we only ship within South Africa.
We are 100% confident that using compatible capsules will not lead to breakages, but for your peace of mind, we guarantee to replace your machine should it break from using one of our products.
Please clarify make, model and receipt indicating date of purchase.
The machine would need to be sent to us for inspection by our technical team. If the breakage has occurred as the result of using one of our capsules [given that correct capsules were used] and machine cannot be repaired, we will replace your machine with an equivalent model.
This excludes usual wear & tear and failures due to lack of maintenance.
