Red Chia Pudding

With red espresso®, one shot is all you need to infuse your dessert with the essence of Rooibos.

  Serves: 1  


½ cup red espresso® Rooibos tea 1 tablespoon of honey 2 tablespoons of chia seeds ¼ tablespoon of cinnamon Fresh fruit, to serve  


  1. Prepare red espresso® Rooibos tea like you would make your coffee - making use of your coffee machine.
  2. Add tablespoon of honey to red espresso® Rooibos tea. Afterwards pour it over the chia seeds, then add cinnamon, mix and soak overnight.
  3. The next day serve with your desired fresh fruit.
