With red espresso®, one shot is all you need to infuse your dessert with the essence of Rooibos.Serves: 1
- ½ cup red espresso® Rooibos tea
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- ¼ tablespoon of cinnamon
- Fresh fruit, to serve
- Prepare red espresso® Rooibos tea like you would make your coffee - making use of your coffee machine.
- Add tablespoon of honey to red espresso® Rooibos tea. Afterwards pour it over the chia seeds, then add cinnamon, mix and soak overnight.
- The next day serve with your desired fresh fruit.
