The original Iced Cappuccino with a tasty twist; containing cinnamon, nutmeg or cocoa.
Ingredients:
- Coffee capsules of either Ristretto, Roma, Devra or Decaffeinato. (120 ml or the equivalent of three 40 ml Espresso cups)
- Sugar (to sweeten)
- 250 ml ice cold whole milk
- 3 pinches of ground cinnamon, 1 pinch of ground nutmeg, or 1 pinch of cocoa (which ever you prefer)
You will also need:
- 350ml tall recipe glass
- Your Nespresso machine's steam nozzle
Method:
- Prepare your coffee normally and stir in sugar to taste
- Pour into a large enough jug, with the 200 ml of cold milk
- Put it in the fridge and leave for 10 minutes
- Froth the remaining 50 ml of cold milk using the steam nozzle of your Nespresso machine
- Afterwards pour the chilled coffee into preferred glasses
- Cautiously add 34 tablespoons of frothed milk to each glass
- End of with sprinkling with cinnamon, nutmeg or cocoa
