The Gimoka Vellutato is a 100% Arabica blend, a fragrant blend made with the finest coffees coming from Central and South America. A coffee that turns out to be very aromatic, with a delicate and soft flavour and pleasant acidity thanks to a medium roasting process. The aroma is characterised by balanced notes, the crema is dense and velvety.
